John Emmanuel ships to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Available shipping services and charges depend on the delivery address and the products in your order.

Processing and shipping times

Some items may be prepared or produced after an order is placed. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Actual shipping estimates should be confirmed for the specific product and destination before purchase. If you need an estimate before ordering, email john.emmanuelxv@gmail.com with the product and delivery destination.

We will ship within any timeframe specifically promised for your order. Where no shipment timeframe is stated, the applicable default shipping deadline under law applies (generally 30 days for orders covered by the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule). If we cannot meet the required date, we will provide applicable delay notices, consent or cancellation choices, and refunds required by law.

Shipping rates

Shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout before you pay. Domestic Standard and Express options may be available depending on the order. International services and charges vary by destination and products.

International orders

International shipping availability depends on the destination and product. Import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply. Responsibility for these charges and any required prepaid import fees must be disclosed to the customer before purchase according to applicable law.

Delivery issues

Contact us if your package is late, missing, damaged, or incorrect. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider and provide remedies required by applicable law. Estimated carrier delivery dates do not remove your statutory consumer rights.
